Ms Madhavi is the only daughter of her parents who are living all alone in India. Years back Madhavi moved to settle abroad as her husband works for an MNC in the USA. Departing from her parents was not by her choice but by fate. And she was always guilty of leaving her parents alone to fend for themselves.
Aging demands loads of care and support and Madhavi’s parents was not an exception. Madhavi’s father Mr. Koteshwar Rao requires a lot of Ayurvedic pharmacy in regular basis and frequently needs physical assistance for bank works, bill payments, and transportation. Madhavi used to feel down of seeing him struggling to find help and ended up calling her friends for assistance.
Now it was time to take a call and after days of web research, Madhavi found some assistance called home health care. She was hardly able to see the struggle of her aging parents and hence, called Anvayaa and enrolled for her parents.
Now Mr. Rao has his pharmacy home delivered by our care managers and also avails a lot of accompanied care manager’s help for his bank work or airport/railway station transit etc.
Mr. Rao says – Anvayaa is indeed God sent for people like me. I am very happy to see how Anvayaa is able to fill the gap which exists in the society by addressing medical, social, and daily needs of senior parents like us. I just dial one number for any support and Anvayaa rushes to me. I never ever heard the word “no” from any of them. They just take care just like my own child.
