Job Description

At Anvayaa, we are building a team of Care Managers who are responsible for taking care of senior citizens needs. Care Managers are the primary point of contact for all services that Anvayaa provides. You are expected to provide Anvayaa services with utmost care and patience to the customers as you would be dealing with Senior Citizens. The quality of delivery of services will help us retains our customers and also helps in getting potential/new customers.

Experience

1 Year experience (preferably in field operations roles)

Desired Candidate

1 Years’ experience (preferably in field operations roles)
Manage end to end responsibility of handling requests of customers assigned to you.
Ensure to provide timely updates to the company and the customers on the status of the work.
Display patient and compassionate behaviour with senior citizens
Should have experience using web and mobile applications with basic computer and internet
knowledge.
Interested in sales profile & open to travelling
Masters/Bachelors in social work (MSW/BSW) is a big plus
Should have a personal bike

Vendor Manager Hyderabad

Job Description

You’re going to be in-charge of growing our partner eco-system. This task will include liaising with the Sales team to get the prospective vendors on board. You would be required to visit the existing and new vendors and formulate information which would help us run the operations smoothly. You would be responsible for finalizing vendors on board with a MoU legally binding the vendors and the organisations. Responsibility of ensuring smooth business with the vendors.

Qualifications

Full time MBA (Marketing preferred) / Bachelor Graduate from a reputed college.

Excellent written & verbal communications skills
Willingness to travel 3-6 days a week
